Linz Bridge Cinema Competition Entry by Atelier Monolit From Iași, Romania; The main idea is to create a new cultural axis between The linz bridge cinema, the new harbour developement and the old town.

The connecting feature of the bridge is now preceived on a new level ; even though it doesn’t link physical spaces anymore, the bridge still acts as a bond betweew old and new values, between the urban and the wild, between art and nature.

By extending the park on the structure’s roof the green slab becomes part of the landscape thus emerging a special public space, the public enjoys the advantages of any green space while admiring the great surrounding wiews at the spme time ; the city and the mountains, or just watch a grat performance show on the top of the cinema box.
During winter time the roof becomes an awesome ski slope, perfect for begginers.
